The Cullen-Friestedt Tong Type Parallelogram Sheet Lifter is available in hand or motorized models with
capacities from 3 to 100 Tons. The parallelogram style design of the spreader arms automatically positions
the carrying legs vertically regardless of the opening width. As with other Cullen-Friestedt Tong Type lifters,
the carrying angles are position outside the jaw hinge points to create a positive tong-action grip as the
load is picked.
Manually operated units are furnished with a hand and chainwheel for cycling. Motor operated units are
typically furnished complete with side-mounted electrical controls readily available for convenient floor
operation.
