Rebuild

There are literally thousands of C-F Lifters on the job site today. Through years of heavy duty cycle work loads, the units may be come worn at pivotal points, electrical components require replacing, bail pins, carrying angles and arms may begin to show signs of wear.

Many of our customers are finding that the most cost-effective way to improve/upgrade the service of their lifter is return it to our facility for factory certified reconditioning and rebuild.

Upon receipt of the unit, our evaluation and rebuild teams will:

• Disassemble, clean, and prepare unit for inspection
• Check all arms, carrying angles, and head beams for stress related fractures
• Die penetrant check all welds for checks and stress related cracks
• Inspect shafts, brakes, gearing, and clutching operations for wear
• Inspect all electrical components for safe and proper operation
• Deliver an itemized quotation within 10 working days of receipt
• Upon approval, repair, replace, re-assemble, paint and test unit (typically in less than 30 days)
• All repairs and upgrades performed using Genuine Burro/CF Lifters authorized parts and specifications

CAN'T AFFORD TO BE WITHOUT YOUR C-F LIFTER? No problem… in many cases, we have rental units on hand at a reasonable charge.
